Ryan & Jamie Langford

Jamie started with a long career in the hospitality industry and decided to expand her business to get her Real Estate license in 2013. Ryan's many years of experience in home building and commercial construction led him to get his General Contractors license in 2015. Together a dream was born to start R & J Langford Construction, Inc.

Our first project, if you can really call it that, was building our dream home. As many couples try to find the right fit to start a life, it proved to be more challenging for us as Ryan's keen eye and knowledge in the industry found many flaws in the homes we were looking at. One day Ryan said, "Why don't we build our own home so we can get exactly what we want?". With the help of friends, family and industry contacts, we moved forward to purchase land and start this incredible journey.

We are based in our hometown of Geneva, FL where we both grew up.

What We Do Our past projects include both new construction and repairs/restorations. Occupied and fully operational job sites are never a problem. And we can also plan, manage, and build multi-phase jobs.
